No. Subscription credits reset at the start of each billing cycle — whatever is left does not carry into the next one. Pay-as-you-go credits are separate and never expire, so top-up packs are the way to bank credits long term.
Subscription credits are always spent first, and pay-as-you-go credits only kick in once the subscription balance runs out. That way your never-expiring credits stay untouched for as long as possible.

A single file can be up to 500 MB and 6 hours long. Longer recordings are best split into parts before uploading.
